From our cozy place you can reach the center of Nijmegen and the Waal beach in 10 minutes by bike. In 20 minutes you are at the HAN/Uni. There is also a good bus connection and a supermarket within 10 minutes cycling distance. The house also has a shared living room, kitchen, shed, washing machine and garden. It's nice if you're not averse to a weekly cleaning task. You will share the house with 3 roommates in a mixed house. We are around 25-26 years old, some of whom are studying and others are working.
